Our Home
This is our 2nd home. It is in an upmarket security complex 10 minutes from the V&A; Waterfront and Cape Town\'s many other tourism highlights. The townhouse is perfectly equipped for 6 people, as this is the size of our family. It is located on the 2nd floor of a block in the Villa Italia gated community. The complex has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, gym and club house.

Our Neighbourhood
Villa Italia is located in the heart of Century City, a newly built suburb 10 minutes from the heart of Cape Town. Excellent amenities abound within the suburb, including one of South Africa\'s largest shopping malls, Canal Walk. The suburb has fantastic walking trails, a nature reserve and a network of canals. Milnerton beach is 5 minutes away, while Cape Town International airport is 20 minutes away.

About Ourselves
We are a family of 6, with our 4 children ranging from 8 years of age to 17. We live for holidays, which is why we have the townhouse in Cape Town. Although we live in Durban we spend at least 6 weeks a year in Cape Town as a family.
